Our system integrates with various different HR and MIS systems. One of the platforms we support is Groupcall Xporter.

It’s installed in over 20,000 schools to transfer data safely, securely, uniformly, and all under your control.


Groupcall is already installed at my school

Go to Settings > Organisation > MIS Import and select the Groupcall Xporter provider.

Press the Authorise button and you will be redirected to the Groupcall login page.

Simply enter your credentials and provide the required authorisation as prompted.

Once complete, you will be redirected to SCR Tracker where we will begin the import process.

Note: Groupcall has introduced a minimum of a 30-minute delay after authorising your account, you may receive an error immediately after connecting.


Groupcall is not installed at my school

We need to book a Groupcall engineer to come and visit your school.

This may be able to be done remotely with the help of your IT staff.

Press the Book Installation button and follow the prompts.

Within a few days, you will receive an Email from Groupcall inviting you to register and schedule a day where they can come and get you set up.

What fields do you import?

Depending on the MIS system that you are connecting with, we will receive various different sets. This list does change, so if something isn't supported that you absolutely need, please contact us
