If you're having trouble and you can't find the answer you need from our Help guides or Answer Bot, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Chat Support

At the top right of the app there is a help button, if you press this you can select 'Ask a Question' and this will open the chat window. Our automated Answer Bot will first search the articles to see if it can help you quickly. If not, then you can request an instant chat.

Our hours are from 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday.

If you cannot log in to the app, or simply prefer to email, just send your question to

This will create a ticket on our system and you will get an instant receipt with tracking information. We will then reply as soon as we can.

Phone Support

Sorry! Calling our team is not offered in the standard subscriptions. Please contact us using one of the above methods and we may offer to arrange to call you or set up a remote session.
