At the bottom right of the app, if we are available, there is a chat button, press this and simply ask us a question. Our automated Answer Bot will first search the articles to see if it can help you quickly. If not, then you can request an instant chat.
Our hours are from 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday.
If you cannot log in to the app, or simply prefer to email, just send your question to firstname.lastname@example.org
This will create a ticket on our system and you will get an instant receipt with tracking information. We will then reply as soon as we can.
